Timber Grading and Strength

BS EN518 1996 and BS 5756 1997

As part of our policy for providing an ever improving service for timber engineering, particularly in association with resin systems, Rotafix are able to conduct an in-situ Strength Grading Service to BS EN518 1996 softwood and Visual Strength Grading to BS 5756 1997 temperate hardwood.

Rotafix® is able to visually Strength Grade Timber that you intend to use for structural purposes and affix the appropriate stamp.
Rotafix® can accompany your Surveyor or Structural Engineer on site surveys and visually strength grade existing timber that may be the subject of upgrading or repair.

The Company is registered with TRADA Quality Assurance Services Limited as a qualified company to carry out strength grading®.
