High Performance Bonded Anchors in Concrete Using Rotafix Zeroset Anchor Grout
Zeroset Anchor Grout is a high performance 2-part epoxy which can be used in wet or dry R.P. drilled or diamond drilled smooth holes in order to anchor individual bolts or high performance brackets as per the following illustrations:-
1. Concrete slab with anchor holes drilled. 16mm Diameter and 100mm in depth using a 12mm diameter bolt
2. Pouring the mixed Zeroset into the drilled hole.
3. Placing sufficient adhesive to both level and cover the footprint of the bracket
4. Placing the bracket bolt assembly into the drilled holes
5. Placing the bracket bolt assembly into the drilled holes
6. Fully fixed anchor bracket 150mm in length by 50mm in width
