Ray Brooks -- Building Solutions was called to refurbish York House, a building in Pontypridd South Wales built in 1890. The pictures show York House before and after the refurbishment work that was carried out in 2003.
Rotafix material that was used to repair the York Stone window lintol and cills and most of the decorative stone detail which had badly decayed through weathering and neglect.
Products used were: 1) 3116 Consolidating resin 2) 3451 Stone Repair Putty 3) 3370 RM20 Light Weight Mortar
