1, Modified Flitch and Upgrade of Beam (Type A)
Use Mafell mortiser or electric chainsaw min. 1600 WATT to cut slot
Break out timber with chisel and vacuum
Set in correct number of rods with min. 10 mm spacers Check for fissures and seal on exterior face Calculate volume mix and pour structural epoxy grout TG6 Allow for de-aeration and top up as necessary
