9. Repair/Restoration of Wall Plates
Cut out slots to correct depth with chain mortiser or chainsaw. Vacuum clean all chases. Check for fissures and if necessary seal with TM3 mortar.
Inject pre-calculated amount of thixotropic adhesive Rotafix Structural Adhesive into the blind chases.
Push F.R.P. or metallic plates into the adhesive using spacers where necessary. Clean the excessive adhesive from surface.
