Router Bench

Purpose made router bench bonded together with Rotafix Structural Adhesive 2-part epoxy structural adhesive.
Once cured, coated with Aquachem 2-part water based epoxy high-abrasion resistant coating, and complete with dust extraction.

Problem – the client required a router bench, that did not appear to be available as a preferred item from any work shop equipment supplier.

The remedy – plywood sheet was bonded with CB10T to a design incorporating a storage drawer and dust extraction system.
The completed project was coated with ROTAFIX AQUACHEM to give a tough smooth finish.
