Stage 1

Pouring curing agent into the empty pail

Stage 2

Pouring base resin on to curing agent in the pail

Stage 3

Carefully mixing by hand with palette knife the two liquids – base resin and curing agent

Stage 4

Pouring the powdered inert filler into the mixed resin, note the importance of using a dust mask.

Stage 5

Mixing of all three components with a high torque drill and specially designed mixing paddle for a minimum of 3 minutes

Stage 6

Pouring the mixed TG6 Grout into the grout box (Beam end).
